The Rodeo King 5X is my first cowboy hat. Called and spoke to Clay and he provided me with great details about the hat. Clay also did an outstanding job shaping the hat for me. I ordered the hat Friday afternoon online and it was shipped and delivered to my house the very next day. Great hat, great customer service.
