Gave them my size and shape and ordered my hat on Thursday around 10pm.Friday morning received a call then pictures of the hat making sure I’m good with shape. They shipped it that morning and it was at my door the following Tuesday. Will definitely order again in the future. Great customer service, and quality craftsmanship
