The boots are absolutely quality! This is my first pair of HorsePower boots and I have enjoyed them tremendously. Can’t yet say how they do in the saddle but for daily they are great and super comfortable. Leather feels great as does the fit, foots does not swim on the instep and toes are roomy. I also very much appreciated the customer service from Crazy House, I received a phone call when they shipped and a nice note. Will for sure be buying from this company again.

The best customer service I've had since the 90's. They (even online) treat you like you're in the store. Ordered a hat, the next day Nathan (their hat shaper) called me personally, shaped it exactly how i wanted it, sent me pictures to confirm and followed through. Now on to the shipping, 10/10 easy, trackable, professional and overall quick and perfect. Packaging was awesome hat never stood a chance to get ruined or crushed they even sent a thank you card for ordering with them as well as a personalized note. KEEP DOING what you're doing Crazy House I will be ordering with you guys again and wont be going to anyone else from this point on.
