Hat was as described. Shape was exactly what I asked for. Their hat guy was knowledgeable and very helpful in making my selection. First time I've ever bought an open crowned hat online. Would do it again.
I owned some of the original Wrangler brushpoppers way back when I was in high school. I was really happy to see that Wrangler brought these back, but most of my local stores were out of stock. Fits and looks great!

Absolutely the best quality staw ive ever owned and I've owned many in 63 years!! American hats are the very best, crazy house did a great job. The only thing I would recommend is using a box that will keep the brim flat. Very happy with this purchase!!
Great fitting boot! I enjoy the crazy house exclusive as it adds to my collection. I also enjoyed the shirt that came with it but would like it if they’d request your size before throwing in a medium when I’m a large.
The craftsmanship on these Anderson Beans is top-notch. The Barcelona leather is supple, and the cutter toe gives them a great profile. Most importantly, they are comfortable right out of the box and fit true to size.

Purchased twister straw hat with chl crown and round brim. Love the style but didn’t realize the crown was as high as it was. Every bit 6 inches. I’m smaller person so it looks even taller on me. Would love to have same crown but shorter. Definitely recommend.
Beyond great transaction. Placed my order at 330 pm on a Wednesday. I got a phone call from Crazy House two hours later telling me it had shipped. Received my order on Friday. Boots came with a hand written note. The phone call and note were small gestures but speak volumes of the kind of customer service I could expect from Crazy House. This was my first purchase from them but they will now be my first stop when looking for boots online.
I bought two wrangler brand items at decent prices. A denim romper which I absolutely loved and found it to be very high quality with very accurate sizing. For context, I am 5.3 and 130lbs and bought the M size. I bought jeans also that were beautiful and very high quality too but the 27x32 length was more like a 30 length (returned). The return process was very easy and I thoroughly appreciated that. For these reasons I will buy from this store again.
