I left an item off my original order & had to place 2nd order for a shirt my grandson wanted for his birthday, Crazy House combined my orders & refunded shipping charge on second order, even took the time to call me & explain!! Most companies wouldn’t have credit shipping much less called to let me know!! Great Service:)
Absolutely love these shoes! I have some chronic heel problems and wear orthotics, and these shoes are by far the most comfortable I've found. Also very durable. Fast service, good experience!

Did not like the insoles. But I’m am flat footed. But took them out and they are great.
