Fast shipping and the price of my boots were a lot cheaper than everywhere else. It’s important in today’s times to try and save as much money as possible. Also what I really thought was a nice touch was the handwritten thank you note inside the box. That’s a nice touch to connect with your customers.

Nervously bought my first hat online. Explained in the purchase order how I wanted it shaped. The shaper hit it exactly how I wanted it. Even sent me pictures of it to confirm it was perfect. They expediently shipped it to me through UPS. UPS crushed the box misshapping the hat a bit but that’s not Crazy Houses problem. Great experience. I’ll be buying again soon. I need an American 1022.

It says it in the title. I have hat shaped a few different places some good some suck but none comparable to Crazy House! These Shapers know what they’re doing. Not only that on a Sunday I get a call from Nathan who was shaping my hat to get my input on the exact shape I wanted. He sent pictures and adjusted anything I asked. The staff I have spoken with on the phone are extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Crazy House 1000%! Thank y’all so much!
