The pants are fine- as expected. The customer service, however is truly remarkable. Not only was I CALLED personally to assure me that my order was received and to thank me for my business, but the package itself arrived with a hand-written note of thanks and welcome to the "family". I can't remember I time where I have felt so cared for as a customer. I live many many states away from Crazy House, but I will absolutely find reasons to buy from here again. What a difference simple humanity makes.

Ordered on a monday night, it was done and DELIVERED by Wednesday! They reached out and sent pics to confirm everything was great before shipping. Cant wait to suprise my husband with the perfect gift. Thank you for having not only amazing products but also amazing customer service!
This was a great experience. I found Crazy House from Clay’s TikTok videos and loved his shaping. Decided to order a summer straw. They did not disappoint. The shape was perfect and they took into account all my notes on my order. Called me and sent pics of the hat when it was finished to make sure I like it. It was here a few days later. Their turnaround time was spectacular! Will definitely buy a felt from them come September and have been spreading the word on how awesome their service is.
They had the boots my wife was looking for. Plus they called me and let me know when they were shipping. Communication was good service was prompt.
There was a problem with the computer not recognizing my address and Crazy House called me to make sure my order would arrive at the right location. The young lady working at Crazy House was very pleasant and helped to make the package was delivered correctly.

Ordering a custom hat online can be a risky thing. However ordering from Crazy House is about as safe as you can get! I received a phone call letting me know my hat was shaped and they could send me pictures via text message to get my approval. This was totally unexpected and appreciated. They shipped my hat the same day. I will definitely buy hats from them again and not have to worry about what it’s going to look like when it shows up.
