Definitely did not expect to get my order processed so fast. I placed my order Tuesday morning and received a call that afternoon to let me know my hat was finished. They called to ask if they could text me pictures and make sure it was what I wanted before shipping. My hat came in Friday afternoon, still amazed at how fast and thorough they were. I’ll be buying from them for years to come.
This was my first time ordering from Crazy Horse and they did not disappoint. My boots were exactly what I expected, the shipping was lightning fast and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. I received a call to confirm that they received my order and when it was going to be shipped. Also, the personalized message included with my boots from Bailee was an AMAZING finishing touch. One hat I order was not in stock after the online purchase. Crazy House called and we worked it out very quickly. The hats were shaped, sent and delivered super quick.

The boot is fantastic, the natural leather stack heel instead of bean's typical bonded leather really sold me. Cordovan Bison leather is not something you see very often, and the toe bug is a full spectrum of different colors. That might turn some people off, but it's great for people who like a different boot like me.
After placing the order, I got a call from Crazy House to make sure I was aware of and okay with the colorful toe bug, which I was. When I received the boot, I realized it was a cutter toe instead of Bean's usual wide square, and it didn't fit me. I was able to easily exchange it for a wider size.
Really great experience all around, I'd be happy to buy from Crazy House again.

It's a very nice-looking boot. Unfortunately, I need to go up a size. For anyone wondering…. Similar to Rios of Mercedes, if you plan to use their additional insole, you most likely need to go up a size.
