First time buyer with Crazy House. Let me tell you this is a first rate store. Right after online order I heard from Crazy House that they received my order and had already created the shipping details which they shared. The best part is that Martini called me later the same day and had my hat shaped per my order request. He wanted to send pictures of the hat shaped to make sure it was to my liking. It was shaped perfectly. I have never had a company send pictures of the hat before shipping it out. I am so impressed with this store and employees. You will not be disappointed with your order. I hope to do business again with Martin and Crazy House. Thanks Martin for making sure my order was done perfectly, this is how business should be done every single time. I couldn’t be any happier. Great customer service. They followed through with communication throughout the whole process. They even called me just to let me know my package was on the way. Purchase a lot of boots and never have I had a business call me just so let me know it was shipping usually I’ll just get an email with tracking. I look forward to my next purchases…

Pleased with the customer service from crazy house, seen some vids of a gentleman shaping hats on Tik Tok, went online and picked one to get shaped, customer service reached out to me, seen pictures of the final product, it took about 3 days to to get from TX to SC. Martin did great at shaping my hat and sent me pictures of it to confirm it’s what I wanted. Minimal shaping was needed after shipping, but I was really happy with the look and it was sent out super fast. Thanks again!
