I recently purchased an American 7x 4 1/2” brim Black felt hat and I couldn’t be more happy. It was exactly what I imagined with the George strait brim and it fits perfectly. I ordered my hat Monday night and it arrived late Friday evening. The whole ordering process was easy and streamlined compared to many other places and the few questions that I had were answered within an hour of emailing Martin. I will definitely be buying all of my hats from them in the future and I’m proud to wear their patch on my Bull riding vest and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future.

I was interested in several pair of Anderson Bean boots and called the store to inquire about them as I was purchasing them online. The sales associate took pictures of the boots I was interested in and sent me photos of them. This was very helpful actually being able to see the boots before buying. That is excellent customer service. This will definitely be my go to store for future purchases. Boots were shipped for free and arrived in 2 days. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience.
Mr. Martin called me personally to let me know that my shirt was on its way! I got the shirt for my boyfriend and ranted to him about how personal this company is and easy to communicate with! Recently ordered a felt hat from Crazy House. After speaking on the phone with Martin, I placed my order online late Tue afternoon and the hat arrived on Fri. They sent pictures of the hat on Wednesday to make sure I was happy with the crease before shipping - I was, it looks better than I expected.
I am pleased with the entire experience. I was nervous about ordering a hat online, but I'll definitely buy from them again. The customer service was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the hat.
