Right after online order I heard from Crazy House that they received my order and had already created the shipping details which they shared. The best part is that Martini called me later the same day and had my hat shaped per my order request. He wanted to send pictures of the hat shaped to make sure it was to my liking. It was shaped perfectly. I have never had a company send pictures of the hat before shipping it out. I am so impressed with this store and employees. You will not be disappointed with your order. Great customer service. They followed through with communication throughout the whole process. They even called me just to let me know my package was on the way. Purchase a lot of boots and never have I had a business call me just so let me know it was shipping usually I’ll just get an email with tracking. I look forward to my next purchases…
