Customer service is outstanding. I ordered my hat and left specific crown and brim styling instructions. Nathan call me to confirm what i wanted and sent me pictures of the finished hat. I couldn’t be more happy with my hat now. Im looking forward to spring so i can order a straw American Hat.

Contacted Crazy House via phone regarding Anderson Bean boots. Martin answered the phone and graciously answered numerous questions I had about the boots. Once I had decided on the boot I wanted and placed my order, a couple hours later I received a text from Martin. He hand selected the boots I chose and they had been shipped. Two days later I had the boots. This type of service is a lost art.
Finally his size! Even in this day and age, when everything is at our fingertips for some reason bronze label cinch 33 38 is often elusive. Bravo ya'll came through!
