Nathan text me photos to make sure I was happy with his work. Order was shipped out Monday and I received my hats next day on Tuesday. Both of my hats arrived safely and are just beautiful. These boots are BEAUTIFUL they do run big though. Everything I read said they run small so I went up half a size up, returning so I can size down to an 8.5 instead of a 9,5
