Poncho was founded by Clay, a Texas native who grew up outdoors and always wondered why the clothes made for active life never actually fit right. Too bulky. Too complicated. Too overdone. He knew there had to be a better way — so he built it.

Poncho is simple gear that works.
No velcro. No gimmicks. No "one-size-fits-nobody" approach. Just lightweight, breathable, everyday shirts that look clean, fit right, and move with you wherever life takes you — from sunrise coffee to late-night hangs, and everything in between.

The name Poncho is also a nod to something bigger — a love for wild places and a desire to protect them. Inspired by St. Francisco (aka "Poncho"), the patron saint of animals and ecology, the brand stands for purpose, simplicity, and the outdoors.
