Timely shipping and the hat shaper followed my instructions and even sent me pictures of my straw hat before it was shipped out. Price of this hate was almost 1/3 cheaper than other companies.
The hat is great but the service is why I purchased it from here. Theyshape the hat and communicate with you to ensure it’s perfect. They text pics so you can see and mage any adjustments. The whole buying experience is excellent.
