I ordered an AMR JC4210S hat online. This would be my 3rd JC4210s hat. I always have my hats shaped in person, but since I was able to include specific details for the shaper, I was willing to give it a shot. Nathan actually called me on the phone directly before shaping the hat to confirm how I wanted it. About 10 minutes later Nathan texted me pictures of the hat and it was done perfectly. The hat arrived a couple days later, and it was exactly the way I wanted, and fit perfect. I could not be more impressed with the level of service and quality work I received from Crazy House. The communication was outstanding. I will definitely be purchasing more from Crazy House in the future. Great people to work with.
