Ordered a hat, the next day Nathan (their hat shaper) called me personally, shaped it exactly how i wanted it, sent me pictures to confirm and followed through. Now on to the shipping, 10/10 easy, trackable, professional and overall quick and perfect. Packaging was awesome hat never stood a chance to get ruined or crushed they even sent a thank you card for ordering with them as well as a personalized note.
