Nathan actually called me on the phone directly before shaping the hat to confirm how I wanted it. About 10 minutes later Nathan texted me pictures of the hat and it was done perfectly. The hat arrived a couple days later, and it was exactly the way I wanted, and fit perfect. I could not be more impressed with the level of service and quality work I received from Crazy House.
